All the self catering apartments have at least one bathroom with a shower over the bath, a fully fitted kitchen, dining table and chairs, and sofas. Below is a brief description of each of the apartments. Please click on the apartment name to see pictures of the apartment. Please note:- due to the hight of the mezzanine sleeping areas and the method of access (ladder) we do not recommend that children under the age of 7 use them. However the final decision as to whether or not to use them rests with the parent.

HARDWICK - up to 4 persons (2+2) (price code A)
Our smallest apartment with 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 additional mattresses on a raised mezzanine. Ideal for two but can sleep four.
Hardwick has one settee in the living room. This apartment is on the first floor.

WELBECK- up to 4 persons (2+2) (price code A)
This 1 bedroomed apartments each have one double bed and two singles on a raised gallery. The living room is much larger with two settees. This apartment is on the ground floor.

HADDON & CHATSWORTH - up to 4 persons (2+2) (price code A)
These two 1 bedroomed apartments each have one double bed and two singles on a raised gallery. Good sized living room larger with two settees. These apartments are on the first floor.

TISSINGTON - up to 6 persons (4+2) (Price code B)
This apartment has two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, plus one with a double with two singles on a raised gallery. Fabulous views. Two settees. This apartment is on the first floor.

EYAM - up to 6 persons (6) (Price code B)
This apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one double with a pair of bunk beds. A separate galley kitchen and living room with two settees. C

BAKEWELL - up to 8 persons (4+4) (Price code B)
Two bedrooms each with a double plus 4 singles on a raised gallery accessed from the livingroom. Two bathrooms. Living room with 2 settees electric fire (this is the only aartmant without an open fire) and the kitchen/dining room is in a conservatory. This apartment is on the ground floor. One bedroom and bathroom is on the ground floor and the other bedroom and bathroom are down a staircase in the converted basement.

CASTLETON - up to 8 persons (4+4) (Price code C)
Spacious apartment with two bedrooms, each with a double plus two singles on a raised gallery. . Two settees in the living room. This apartment is on the first floor however one of the bedrooms is in the tower up an additional set of narrow stairs.

ASHBOURNE - up to 8 persons (8) (Price code C)
Two bedrooms, each with a double plus a pair of bunk beds. The living room is very spacious with two settees. This apartment is on the ground floor, with the bedrooms and bathroom being down some stairs in the converted basement.

SANDRINGHAM - up to 7 persons (5+2) (Price code C)
This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double and single bed,and the other a double with 2 singles mattresses on a raised mezzanine. Additionally, this apartment has a dishwasher. The living room is very spacious with three settees.

WINDSOR - up to 9 persons (9)(Price code D)
Really spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). One bedroom has a double and bunk bed and has its own en suite bathroom. Another has a single and a bunk bed, and the remaining one has 2 singles. The living room is very spacious with three settees. This apartment is on the ground floor, with the bedrooms and bathrooms being down some stairs in the converted basement.

BALMORAL - up to 10 persons (8+2) (Price code D)
Like Windsor with one bathrooms, one shower room, and three bedrooms, one double, one double and bunk bed, and one double with 2 on a raised mezzanine. A very spacious living room with three settees and fabulous views. This apartment is on the first floor.
