We've had a fantastic weekend at Hargate Hall and have already booked for our return visit. The apartments are well laid out and tastefully furnished, the communal areas are full of character, with the open fire a firm favourite on the frosty winter's nights. The service we've received has been exemplary and nothing has proved too much trouble for the owners, who have been a delight to deal with. I'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Hargate to anyone wanting a friendly, character location for a group (or individual) booking, it's a real hidden gem.

Just a note to say thank you for our wonderful holiday in August. The facilities were even better than expected and your welcome could not have been friendlier. I think you should be the 1st to receive the description "super-family friendly"! Our 3 daughters had the time of their life.

Hi there - It's been a while since the wedding now but I just wanted to say thanks for everything. The hall was perfect and in such a stunning setting everybody just loved it. The rooms really make the whole place work as a venue and I just have such good memories of not only the day but also the Sunday when we got the hog roast in and all sat around the fireplace in the main hall drinking wine, eating delicious pork and chatting till the early hours - fantastic.
