Our venue hire fee depends on the size of your wedding. We have split the prices into venue hire and accommodation to give better visibility of the prices. The accommodation is normally paid for by your guests and can work out as little as £12 per person per night.
The price of the accommodation is seasonal, so please contact us is you want an exact price. The price range for the accommodation only for 2010 is £3000 for low season to £4300 for high season.
The Venue Hire ranges according to you maximum guest numbers and whether or not you use the marquee.
Up to 70 people from £500 Venue Hire (excluding marquee)+ from £3000 for the accommodation
From 71 to 90 people prices from £2500 for the Venue Hireincluding marquee hire + from £3000 for the accommodation
From 90 to 120 people prices from £2750 for the Venue Hire including marquee hire + from £3000 for the accommodation
From 121 to 150 people prices from £3000 for the Venue Hireincluding marquee hire + from £3000 for the accommodation
The combined prices include all the accommodation and gives you exclusive use of the whole venue for your wedding weekend. There is no extra charge for a civil ceremony. For above 70 people the price includes the marquee, tables, chairs, 2 chandeliers + 2strip lights at teh catering end, 1 heater, wooden floor.
You will have exclusive of the Hall and grounds for your wedding.
Our drinks deal is one of the most generous you will find. You can purchase your reception drinks and table wines directly from your preferred wine merchant, at retail prices - much lower than typical restaurant / hotel prices, or you can buy from the local supermarket. We do not add any corkage or commissions.
Alternatively, we can lay on a pay bar for some or all of your wedding weekend.
Catering can range from a superb three-course meal with coffee including full restaurant service and china/cutlery hire, to a finger buffet. If you tell us what you would like to have, we will give you the contact details of the relevant local caterers. The caterers we use have no minimum order levels so you will not end up paying for more food than your guests require.
You pay for your own music, flowers, transport, drinks, catering, registrar and marquee hire etc - we can make recommendations for you.
For smaller weddings the main hall can be used for eating in, however for larger ones you will need to consider using the marquee. If you want a sit down meal for more than 54 (or at squeeze 60) then you will need the marquee. The marquee can comfortably seat up to 150 people whilst leaving space for caterers and serving space. Equally we would also recommend the marquee for buffets for over 90 people. We have our own marquee which you can hire.
