Checking Availability and Price

If you want to book your self-catering holiday, find out what availability we have, or how much it will cost, it’s easy. This page will walk you through the process! Near the bottom of this page, you will see a Book Now. Clicking on it and you will take you to a screen like the one below.

All you need to do is click the date drop down and select the month you are interested in. Have a look at the list of apartments and check the availability. What you will then see is the availability for the month. Anything in RED is booked, and GREEN is available.

Making a Booking

From here select the number of nights you want to stay. 3 nights or more gives you the best value. You will see a confirmation of the prices and dates. There are also boxes for the numbers of adults, children, and guests. Just put in an estimate. It is just a guide for us and doesn’t change the prices. Any discounts, such as late availability will be shown if relevant.

If you see a message like “no prices are available” or there is only the option for 7 night stays, then use the contact us button. There is a limit as to how far in advance booking can be made online. But we can override this!

When you are done click the “book now” button.

Selecting your Options

The next step is to select the individual items you want to book e.g. adding pets. The accommodation section is already there.

You will also notice an option for Friends of the Peak District. This is purely optional, but we hope you will donate to this charity.

The last box is for a voucher code. as a thank you for booking directly with us, enter bookdirect and you will get a 15% discount.

Entering your Details

The final part is to enter you contact details and payment details. If you are a returning customer there is the option to “log in” save you re-entering everything. You can pay either by debit card or by BACS. Our bank details will be on the confirmation letter.

At the end of the form are or T&Cs and a tick box to confirm acceptance of them. Also, there is a tick box if you want to be on our mailing list. Don’t worry, we only send a few mail shots a year, usually with details of any last minute discounts!

Finally, just click the “Submit Booking” button ad that is it. You will receive an automated response to confirm that everything has gone through successfully.
