This weekend sees our first wedding of the year. They have a marquee up for the reception meal. Given that it is January and there was a strong potential of cold weather, we ordered in 2 heaters and recommended that a lining was used (as they help provide a bit of insulation). As you can see below they have used a black starlit lining, there is a centre rail in the apex supporting spotlights which are directed at each table. The lining has also been used to create an entrance lobby which really helped keep the heat in.

The pathway to the marquee was lined with rope lights and lanterns were placed on the steps up to the Hall

The ceremony itself took place in the Main Hall. The bride and groom chose to set up the ceremony table in from of the fire place. This was then decorated with heart shaped bunting and fairy lights.
