Wow. It’s been a very busy month! But we’ve been loving the return of weddings at Hargate Hall. Read our August update below and check out some more pictures from the first wedding we’ve hosted in a while!
The August Update
With heat waves and torrential rain, it’s been an interesting few weeks, but we’ve still managed to squeeze in two wedding weekends so far and it’s not stopping. As a family, we also snuck away for a quick UK holiday.
We’d *almost* forgotten how much work goes into preparing the hall and a marquee for a wedding, but it didn’t take long for muscle memory to kick in. We cleaned, dusted, set out chairs, hung lights, lanterns and bunting, and watch two lovely couples say, ‘I do’!
What’s happening this month?
- This month it’s all about the summer holidays and we’ve got lots of bookings for families and groups. The Hall is pretty much fully booked for the rest of the summer!
- We’ve got the usual cleaning and maintenance and lots of ongoing improvement jobs that keep Hargate Hall looking incredible.
