Has anyone else been running around in the circles this month?
It’s been another busy period here at Hargate, as we keep moving forward. We do love the fast pace though, and we have enjoyed all seven of the weddings we’ve hosted since lockdown ended. (It feels like much more than seven!) We know other venues can pump out four weddings a weekend, but we’ve never been like that. We remember each wedding, each couple, and enjoy every minute of seeing their dreams come to life.
The October Update
Lots of ‘run of the mill’ tasks this month, along with small repairs and upkeep – new taps and paint touch-ups! We are also FULLY BOOKED for half term. We’ve got a party booking for the first week, then a second week of holiday guests. It’s going to be a great way to end the month as the Peak District looks stunning at this time of year.
What’s happening this month?
– Our thoughts have started to slowly drift towards Christmas and the New Year, as we realised this week that are now fully booked for both! It’s going to be a wonderful Christmas this year for so many reasons, but seeing the Hall full will be fantastic.
– We’re also gearing up for some winter holidays and we’ve released new booking dates for January and February. Why not plan a weekend away and something to look forward to in early 2022?
– And if you are here looking for an update about our house – don’t ask! Hopefully, we’ll have more to share next month.
