September, already? It’s crazy how quickly this year is flying by. The lockdown at the start of the year feels so long ago. We are making the most of the last of the sunshine as we head into autumn.
The September Update
In August we hosted two wonderful Hargate weddings, and it was lovely. We eased back into the familiar rituals and planning, and it felt like a good re-introduction. In reality, it was our warmup! We’re now going full steam ahead, as we’re booked up nearly every weekend from now until Christmas. With four weddings in September, we are back up to speed and celebrating like ‘the good old days’.
What’s happening this month?
– This month we are excited about the kids going back to school. The routine is good for everyone and helps the house feel a little quieter.
– Talking of houses, our house still isn’t quite finished. Anthony is hoping to have some more time to work on this when the kids are out of the house!
– We’ve had some great feedback from wedding guests over the last few weeks. Word of mouth really is the best form of marketing, and we’ve had a lovely couple book their wedding with us because they heard how great a friend’s wedding at Hargate was! That’s what we like to hear.
