Hargate Hall Wedding Open Day Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th January
At least once year we like to open up our doors and give people the opportunity to come and have an informal look around the hall and the accommodation. The Wedding Open Day is for anyone who wants to come and have a look around, whether it be for a wedding or a party or anniversary Are you newly engaged? It is a perfect opportunity for you to come around and have a look to see if we are your perfect wedding venue!
But also, any couples who have already booked their wedding with us are very welcome to come as well. It gives another opportunity to look around and plan their special day. You can also chat to other couples to see what they are planning! For those who have already booked their wedding with us, feel free to let others know on the Wedding Couples Facebook group if you are coming.
At our open days you will find a very relaxed and friendly environment. As we are a family run venue, we will all be there! We will be very happy to show you around and answer any questions that you may have. We can explain what we have to offer for, and of course discuss availability and pricing.
What will be happening?
This is purely an open day, not a wedding fair. There will be NO suppliers present on the day, so that you have complete freedom to just come and have a look at the venue itself. Nearly all of the accommodation will be available to look around as well. Are you travelling a long way? The doors will be open between 11am and 4pm on both days. teas and coffees will be available throughout. Also, our new horsebox bar will be open for anyone who wants a drink or a cocktail.
